Review: Catrice One Drop Coverage Weightless Concealer (003 Porcelain, 050 Bronze Beige)

Catrice came out with One Drop Coverage Weightless Concealer to match their Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation which I really like. I was intrigued by the pigmentation claims and dropper packaging. It's very hygienic and I see these concealers as covering drops for any part of makeup application.

Packaging

It comes in a small matte glass bottle with dropper applicator. Pretty much the same as their HD Liquid Coverage foundation, but in a mini size. It can get messy around the opening, because the product starts to collect around it. Dropper works fine with the formula and let's you control how much amount you want.

In it is 7 ml of product and it costs 4.69€.

Formula

This is similar to foundation, more liquid formula and lightweight feeling. It seems more pigmented than foundation and it has less slip to it than foundation, but has longer dry time - probably due to the hyaluron in it. It dries down to velvet matte finishPigmentation is good and it's definitely medium coverage, not full as it promises.

I notice some scent to it, but it's more foundation like and not like added perfume.

Colors

In Slovenia there are 8 shades available. As with the new foundation shade range, with the concealers you also variety of undertones, despite the limited shade range. There are more cooler, neutral as well as warmer undertones.

I bought 003 Porcelain, because it was the lightest warm toned concealer. It has that obvious yellow undertone to it. As it's drying down, it becomes a bit darker - keep that in mind when choosing the right shade.

Later I also got the darkest shade called 050 Bronze Beige to use as a contour or mix in with other foundations to warm them up. This is medium to dark  yellow toned shade. It's very warm, almost caramel like.

Comparison

Catrice One Drop Coverage Weightless Concealer 003 Porcelain - light warm yellow.
Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage Concealer 005 Light Natural - light warm yellow, which is darker than 003 Porcelain and it's slightly more peachy toned.
Bipa Matte Camouflage Concealer 010 Light - light neutral shade that is slightly lighter than 003 Porcelain.

Performance

This has good amount of slip to it, so you can blend it out. If you want more coverage, leave it on the skin to almost dry down a bit and then blend it out. One drop goes a long way, but it won't give you full coverage. Because it's more pigmented, it will look a bit cakey, if you apply thick coat of it.  It looked a bit obvious around my eyes, where I have more textured skin. It doesn't settle into fine lines.

It would be too drying for dry skin, but on combination and normal skin, it can work. It says it's sweatproof and I ran it under water and it seemed waterproof as well. It pairs perfectly with Catrice HD Liquid Foundation to give you that lightweight, covering and almost diffused matte look. I used darkest shade as a bronzer and it performed lovely. This is long lasting and stays on the skin well. If you have oily skin, powder it to make it last longer.

This is medium coverage concealer with velvet matte finish. It works best with Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation to give you that semi-natural matte finish that almost looks a bit diffused. It will suit combination and normal skin types the best. On dry skin, I think it would be too drying and on very oily skin, you would need to powder it well. I am most excited for the dropper, because it means I can mix it in with other products. As for the concealer goes, my personal preference is something thicker in texture that packs a fuller coverage from the beginning and sits more evenly on top of textured skin.
