I haven't won the hair lottery when it comes to genes, but I tried my best last year to get it into better condition. Last year I was pregnant and my hair has been so full. Postpartum I got quickly taken back to reality as all those front side hair started falling out like crazy. Since then I was on a mission to get my hair as healthy as possible and to help them regrow. Here is my routine and some of the products that helped me on my journey, but also just some of my all time favorite hair products. My hair now is the longest it has been in probably 10 years, though my ends are still a bit damaged and dry and I definitely need a haircut. There is visible regrowth and my scalp feels better, which to me means I did something right.

I was trying to find a good replacement for discontinued L.O.V. Aura Glow Powder which is one of my favorite highlighters from the drugstore. I got Kiko Milano Glow Fusion Powder Highlighter in their lightest shade and I have to say this is very similar to the type of glow it has. Obviously the shade isn't the same, but I was going more for the overall subtle sheen which this one has. 

These are makeup products that I have been wearing the most in 2025. They may not be new, but they were relatively new to me. I also included some of my all time favorites which I always repurchase and use.  

I am three months too late for this post, but since having a baby, I have a lot less time for anything else. So I think this is post is long overdue, but it's still here. Since I won't have time for monthly favorites anymore, I can at least do yearly. Here is all the skin and body care I loved previous year.
