This is Vinopure range from Caudalie which is for combination to acne-prone skin. It's transparent viscose gel that has that slippery smooth feel to it. You need the smallest amount and it lathers well. It has their famous grape water, glycerin, salicylic acid and lots of natural herbal and plant oils that actually give it that spa like essential oils scent. I always prefer unscented products, but I find those natural herbal scents aroma therapeutic. This is lovely gel cleanser that doesn't overly strip the skin and I feel like it helps a little with breakouts because of salicylic acid in it. It also helps to regularly clean pores with it for me when I have those breakouts and dealing with clogged pores.
Essence Hello, Good Stuff! Sleeping Mask
Another gel formula that surprisingly has that slight nourishing sticky feel to it as sleeping masks usually have. But it feels very lightweight on the skin. I prefer it over heavier moisturizers which tend to clog my pores quickly. Lavender scent is quite strong and I had to get used to it, but it's surprisingly nice formula to put on in the evening to lock in other skin care products. It keeps my skin well moisturized through the night.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation Combination/Oily Skin 150 Buff
Whenever I have lots of blemishes and redness I always go for this foundation as it just has such good coverage and manages to stay on all day. It's one of my favorite foundations and I always recommend it to anyone who wants coverage and good lasting power. 150 Buff is one of those rare light shades that actually has that slight olive tone to it.
I can't believe I will say that, but I often skip highlighter these days. Blush became my new obsession as it always adds pops of color to tired face. Orgasm is cult product from Nars. I believe it's the universally flattering pink color that has lots of golden sheen and looks almost a bit see through that makes it so popular. It's easy to apply, gives your cheeks that winter flush with golden glow and makes you look plumped and healthy. It also has good lasting power and you don't need separate highlighter to give your cheeks some glow.
L'oreal Elseve Dream Long No Haircut Cream
I've raved about L'Oreal Dream Long or Dream Lengths products and I have to feature this one in my favorites as well. It's light cream that you apply on dry or wet hair and it protects it from heat styling. This whole range has niacinamide, ricinus oil as well as three hydrolized proteins. It gives your hair that smooth slip due to silicon in it and it makes it look more nourished and moisturized. I love pairing it with other leave in treatments and it has such a nice sweet summery scent. This is currently my favorite drugstore range especially for those leave-in products.
Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy Eau de Parfum
I have decided to use up those products that are long overdue in my stash. When you're in this beauty world you quickly get into trying new and you have lots of products, but rarely use them up. So I am intentionally trying to use up as many products as possible before buying new. My fragrance collection is definitely one of those categories. Midnight Fantasy holds such fond memories for me as I've had it in my collection for years. It's one of those cozy fruity sweet fragrances that is just perfect for winter. It's not overly sweet, but just enough playful and so cozy. I believe this is one of those fragrances that has been duped by other brands many times as it's just so comforting.
