Hada Labo Tokyo Make-Up Removing Face Cleansing Oil
Hada Labo has launched some of new products in our local drugstores and this cleansing oil is one of the products that I liked immediately. It's fairly thin cleansing oil, though I've definitely had thinner formulas from Asian brands. But it's liquid enough that you can easily massage it onto your face and don't need a lot to remove all your makeup. There is no fragrance and it contains olive oil, jojoba oil and hyaluronic acid. The packaging could be better, because it has small whole opening in the middle so you do spill a bit of product around it every time you use it. Pump would be a much better version for this kind of liquid formula. Once it emulsifies it turns milky and does a really nice job of removing even long lasting makeup. Finally some nice option that we can get in local drugstore.
Essence Glossy Glaze High Shine Lipstick - 01 Livin La Vida Mocha
This feels like they repackaged Catrice Melting Kiss Gloss Sticks and called them Glossy Glaze High Shine Lipstick and I am here for it, because I loved Catrice version. It's that same glossy and lip balm like consistency with a good amount of color to it. I love these kind of formulas, because I can wear lip pencil and this on top for that ultimate comforting feel on the lipstick with good amount of color. Sometimes a proper lipstick is just too much. This one has sweet fruity scent to it. I choose the most nude brown shade in the range and I love it.
Catrice Gel Affair Nail Lacquer - 032 Drunk On Pistachio and 034 Super Trouper
Can you guess my favorite color? Obviously I love green and I love the new Catrice Gel Affair nail polishes. I don't know if the formula is new, but these actually stay on my nails for a week which never happens. Now I kind of want to have all the shades, but I started with a nude and now two greens. 032 is a pastel pistachio like pistachio gelato color and it's perfect for spring. 034 is that very dark olive which I find it rare to find in drugstore range, so I was so happy to see it. Both apply nicely and opaque with two good coats and they last better than most drugstore nail polishes on me.
Paris Corner Eau de Parfum - Minya
I was caught in a Tik Tok algorithm of affordable fragrances and came upon Paris Corner brand. Minya was described as a scent that smells like Sol de Janeiro famous Bum Bum cream. I don't have that one, but I loved all the notices describes, so I got a 15 ml mini version to try out and now I definitely want a full size bottle. Top notes are almond and pistachio, middle notes heliotrope and jasmine and base notes vanilla, salted caramel and sandalwood. This is such a nice almost creamy nutty sweet scent. It reminds me of a very cosy dessert, almost ice cream. I love pistachios and mixed with a bit of that vanilla and sandalwood makes this one of those not typically just super sweet gourmands, but a very nice creamy blend. It's very strong and it lasts on me the whole day. In fact I need to do only two spritzes or it can be overdone quickly. I've had many compliment me when I wore it.
La-Roche Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M
The skin on my body has become quite dry. I feel that always happens as the winter comes to an ends. It's like the loss of moisture has accumulated and my skin just starts to flake. This is a really nice thick cream that my atopic and sensitive skin likes, because there is no added fragrance and it gives me good amount of nourishment and a great moisturizing barrier from outside dryness. It's based on shea butter, glycerin as well as some dimethicone for that slip and niacinamide which is always very beneficial for sensitive and irritated skin. I've been enjoying using it even more, because it has a nice pump dispenser.
