This is a really nice night time moisturizer for me with retinol. Texture is more like a moisturizer not a serum. It gives me skin that glowy, hydrated look and I doesn't feel irritating even if I use it every day. I think it's the formula with glycerin, squalane and hyaluronic acid that gives it that nourishing and moisturizing feel. It also contains retinyl palmitate though it doesn't state the percentage. I like most of Hada Labo products and this is again of the nicer formulas.
Scinic Super Mild Sun Essence SPF50+ PA++++
I've had this SPF before and it's a nice creamy formula that gives you that moisturized look, but doesn't feel too greasy, though it's definitely not mattifying either. For this time of your this gives me just enough hydrating and moisturization that I can easily wear it under makeup and it doesn't look greasy. Plus it's one of the more affordable ones from Asian SPFs.
48 deo Antiperspirant Roll-on With Probiotics Fresh
I am not a fan of roll-on deodorant or anti-perspirants. I've mostly been using just sprays, but then I saw this one. It's the combination of the product and use that finally keeps my pits fresh and not stinky after a few hours. I apply it in the evening after showering and I still don't smell in the morning, even though I sweat through the night. I will then reapply or just spray a spray version anti-perspirant on top and it's the only thing that worked so far. I am so glad and I hope it works all through the summer. 48 is Slovenian brand from Ilirija. They come in 3 scent and I got Fresh which is so nostalgic to me. It sort of reminds me of those Solea, Nivea old school creams. I love it.
While we are on the topic of smelling great...I've already featured a mini version in one of my previous favorites, but I like it so much and have gotten so many compliments on this scent that I decided to buy a full size 100 ml bottle for something around 20€. So affordable! This is that creamy almost ice cream like sweet fragrance with a touch of nuttiness and that gorgeous base of vanilla and sandalwood. I love vanilla and nuts combinations, because it's not sickly fruity sweet, it really makes it more creamy and elegant. It has top notes of pistachios, almonds, middle notes heliotrope, jasmine and base notes of vanilla, salted caramel and sandalwood. The bottle is cute and it has a really good staying power. I can smell this on me all day and it lasts on my hair for days.
I bought a few shades of these new Maybelline Lifter Liners after I saw how long lasting they are for my kit. But also bought two for myself and I wasn't sure at first if I like it or not. It's creamy formula, but not slippery. However the glide is amazing and you sort of have to do it in one swipe. My only pet peeve with these is that if you apply over the same line a few times the liner becomes darker looking and almost a bit crunchy on dry lips. That's the only thing, so one swipe is better for me on my drier lips. It lasts a really long time. Once it sets you almost can't move it. I prefer it only as an outline not all over the lip. On it is that grey toned brown that I apply lightly to not look to dark. It's that perfect lip contour shade. Big Lift is more of that mauve shade that will work with most your mauve and pink toned lipsticks.
Yves Saint Laurent Tatouage Couture Matte Stain - 23
Every year around spring I dug out my more mauve and pink toned lip products and I've been using this YSL lip stain quite a lot this previous months. It's one of those very thing, but pigmented formulas. I'd say this is more like a thin liquid lip. It feels like you have nothing on the lips, but isn't particularly moisturizing either since it's a matte finish. However, I like to apply them lightly and spread around my lip with finger for that perfect mauve colored lip that's a bit diffused and not too much.
