Kiko often times has products on sale and I believe it was back in December, when I ordered a few products. This blush was part of that order as it was on sale for half the price and the shade looked perfect to add to my collection.
Packaging
It's part of Kiko's limited edition called Lost in Amalfi, but there are certain products still available from this range in many stores and online. It comes packaged in sapphire box, with rice paper and golden sticker. Actual blush has plastic white packaging with oriental embossing and golden sheen.
In it is 3.5 grams of product and the price was around 13€. I got it on sale for half the price.
Formula
I love baked blushes, because they are usually drier in formula, but they make up for in pigmentation which is always great and it's the same with this one. It is nicely pigmented and easy to blend. There is the tinniest shimmer in it which gives it subtle champagne sheen, but there is no visible shimmer. It gives such a lovely dimension to your face.
Colors
There were 4 colors available and I got 02 Silky Sand which looked like the most neutral one. It has marbled design in which are mixed different shades and together it creates peachy brownish color. It's not vibrant peach, but also not too muddy or too brownish.
Comparison
The closest shade to it I have is from L.O.V their HEARTful Healthy Glow Blush in 041 Radiant Rosewood which is actually more brick red based and looks more burnt.
It's easy to blend out, you don't need to keep piling it on and it always applies evenly. On me it lasts the whole day with minimal fading.
I love my L.O.V. BLUSHment Blurring Blushes, but they all have quite vibrant shades, so I was missing something more neutral to warm in that formula and I feel Kiko's comes close. It has that same baked formula with healthy sheen, is easy to blend and lasts well. Though I would say L.O.V blushes last a bit longer, but Kiko is well worth replacement, if you can't get L.O.V.
