Eyeshadows come in a simple black plastic packaging with a transparent top which makes it easy to spot the right shade. The packaging itself is a bit flimsy once you open it up a lot. I would compare it to Essence quality. In each eyeshadow you'll get 2.5 grams of product and it costs 2.65€. 

Where I bought them, they didn't have a huge selection of shades, like for example their nail polishes, which literally come in every shade possible. I decided to get two shades that looked the most interesting to me and they are 116 and 121. Such a shame they don't have names. 

121 is true golden bronze brown shade. It has a distinct gold warm sheen to it and it's basically perfect for summer as an all over the lid shade. It's one of those colors that I would grab, when I don't have a lot of time. 

116 is a cranberry burgundy red with purple sheen to it. To me it looks like a perfect fall shade. What makes it super pretty is the fact that it has an obvious purple sheen to it, but the base itself is a darker red. 

Finish of these to me looks like satin with lots of sheen. They are not nearly as sparkly and metallic as most shimmery eyeshadows. Which is interesting and it makes them really wearable. I detect no shimmer in them, just a really lovely sheen. 

They both have a slightly wet feel to them, but 116 is even wetter than 121 and therefor gives a bit more payoff. That being said, they are both nicely pigmented, but will need to be layered to create strong and darker looking shade. The pigmentation is not as good as some high end brands, but for the price it's really nice. 

I didn't notice any major fallout that would disturb me and they both blended out like a dream, which really surprised me. I also find them both long lasting with minimal fading through the day. They also didn't go into my crease, but then again, I always use eyeshadow primer underneath. 

I decided to look through my collection and compare them to some similar shades. Subtle Blend from Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette is similar to 121, but in fact darker, more brown shade. It has the same warm golden sheen though. Frosted Choc from I Heart Makeup Naked Chocolate palette is like a copper version of 121 and it has the most orange tone to it. Warm Notes from Zoeva Cocoa Blend looked similar to 116, but it's more of a cranberry red shade, a lot warmer and it doesn't have that purple sheen to it. It actually has a bit of a pink warm sheen.

121 will definitely be going on the sea with me, because it's just the perfect bronze shade. It's very easy to apply and I love this kind of shade for when I just want one eyeshadow all over the lid.

116 surprised me with the purple sheen (unfortunately is not as seen on my photos) and I adore these kind of reds for fall. I love to combine them with browns and use them as a colorful pop in the center of the lid. This will probably be my go to color in the fall.

Golden Rose is a brand that offers good products at an affordable price. These eyeshadows have descent pigmentation, they blend like a dream, stay on the eyes well and obviously, I love the shades that I chose. I also love the look of more satin finish that doesn't look as metallic and shimmery as most eyeshadows do. If you're looking for some everyday wearable shades with descent pigmentation, I recommend you to check these out. Just don't expect Zoeva or theBalm pigmentation out of them. 

Avon Senses Joyful Tropics Papaya & Peach Shower Gel

In summer time I love to resort to summery smells with all my products. Shower gels are the easiest way to add some tropical scent to your bathroom. I love this one, as you can see, because I've almost used it up. The smell is very sweet, fruity and tropical. I wouldn't say it smells like peach and I don't know how papaya smells, but it's definitely fruity. It's yellow cream that doesn't dry out my skin. My skin is also a lot less sensitive in summer and I haven't gotten any red patches after showering with this one.

Garnier Olia Conditioner

Well this is a random product in my favorites. As you may notice, I color my hair and I always use Garnier Olia hair colors. With the box also comes this conditioner. Since I use more hair colors at once, I have a lot of these conditioners laying around my bathroom. It's probably the best drugstore conditioner that you can get. I think these are sold separately too, but in a tube version. If you have a chance definitely try one. It makes my hair really soft, nourished and healthy looking. It's thicker consistency cream and it has a very hair salon scent to it. The only thing I don't get is why don't they just make this kind of conditioner in their regular range?! Those conditioners that come with hair colors are always so much better, because frankly, they need to make your hair look extra good after you attack them with chemical of hair color.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Ultra-light Non-perfumed Fluid

My favorite face sunscreen and one that I always go back to. It has light liquid creamy consistency that doesn't leave white trace all over your face. It soaks in pretty quickly and leaves behind slightly luminous finish. It doesn't have any perfume, but I can definitely smell some heavy alcohol in the beginning. It doesn't irritate my skin and it never breaks me out. That's why I keep coming back to it.

L'Oreal Infallible 24h-Matte Mattifying Infallible Foundation 

I was not a fan of this foundation. It seemed really matte at first. In these really hot summer days I needed something more mattifying and I came back to it. It's true that it covers well and I like that the pores look a bit more diminished, especially in this heat. However, I still hate L'Oreal foundation shades. This one is too dark for me (still) and I hate it's orange undertone. I mix it with Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation to make it a bit more yellow and lighter. Sometimes I might even add some of Missha Perfect Cover B.B. Cream. I like it in combination with other foundations and the thing that I like the most is matte finish and slightly blurred skin effect.

Catrice LE Sound of Silence Fluid Glow C01 Golden Spirit

I use this with pretty much everything. Lately especially with my foundation. If I said before that I mix together three foundations, I also add this in for a bit more luminous look. Just a small drop can make the skin look a bit more natural and not as dead matte. I think this is one of the best Catrice products and as such should absolutely be in their regular range. Why not even add it to some of foundation formulations? Just a suggestion.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Or Multi-Purpose Dry Oil

I got this as a gift from Sandra and I immediately fell in love with it. It's not necessary product, but once you have it, you just find the time to use it. I like that it has gorgeous bronzed golden shimmer in it and it seems like it's a bit tinted, which means it also adds just a small tint of color. I love to apply this on my arms and legs, if I wear a dress. It also smells so good, nutty and a bit oriental. I might even start putting it in my hair. 

H&M Pure Radiance Powder Blusher Apricot

Gorgeous satin finish and beautiful apricot shade that almost has a bit of pink in it. It looks great with pretty much all my makeup looks and I've been wearing it a lot this month. I just adore H&M blushes. Since getting this one, I also got another one Rosy Brown. I love that they have wide range of really light shades and that they are not your typical bright corals and pinks.

Golden Rose Silky Touch Pearl Eyeshadow 121

Golden Rose impressed me with affordable precise. I already bought their nail polishes and really liked wide range of shades. Now I wanted to try some of their eyeshadows. The range is not as huge, but they have some nice shades. This one 121 is one of the best bronzed brown shades with warm golden sheen to it. It's not just the shade, it has great pigmentation and very silky formula. I am really impressed. Shame I didn't get more shades. 

Clio Kill Black Waterproof Brush Liner

Another amazing Asian brand brush liner. It has good black color, dries fairy fast and doesn't move through the day. I love the precision of a brush applicator, because you can really make a sharp line. It's just really nice and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Who would have thought that I would have not one, but three blue nail polishes featured in my favorites. I always say I'm not a fan of blue, but it seems I just haven't used the right blues before.

Avon Magic Effects Neon Electric Blue Nail Polish

Amazing vibrant true electric blue shade that looks bright and perfect for summer. It has lots of small blue shimmer that makes it extra sparkly. 

Avon Nailwear Pro+ Nail Polish Minty

This one is a perfect mix of pastel blue and pastel green, which means I would call it perfect mint shade. It looks really pretty on the nails and is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Kiko Nail Lacquer 530 Pearly Blue Peacock

When I saw it in the store, I was mesmerized. It look so pretty in the bottle and it actually translates the same on nails. This is seriously a true peacock shade. It looks dark blue and has lots of shimmer which gives it greenish gold sheen. It reflects light beautifully and looks really unique. 

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Athens

These are the only matte liquid lipsticks that I can wear without the fear of getting super dry lips the next day. It's almost mousse like consistency and the shade is my perfect peachy nude. It's actually the lightest liquid lipstick that I own and goes with pretty much every standard warm look. 

Avon Shine Burst Sticks - Iced Mocha, Nude Shine and Rose

I've been testing these this month and those three shades became my most used. Iced Mocha is my all time favorite shade of this collection. It's perfect mauve brown shade that looks good on pretty much everybody. Nude Shine is my kind of brown lip gloss with silver shimmer. It looks really juicy and a bit more natural. Rose is perfect muted pink that goes with so many different makeup looks. I adore this shade almost as much as Iced Mocha, but Iced Mocha is a bit more versatile. 

It comes in a pencil form with matte black design. The cap and bottom part shows you the shade that is inside. 

In it is 1.4 grams of product and I believe the price is something over 1€.

It's a very soft pencil that glides on the lips with such ease. Texture is creamy and it can easily replace lipstick. I love to wear it own it's own. It has matte finish, but is not drying, since it is on the creamy side. 

The pigmentation is really nice and you only need to apply one layer to cover the lips entirely. 

It is still just hard enough to provide you precise application with soft natural looking lip edges. It doesn't feel drying, but has a really nice staying power. With eating it will come off. It doesn't cling to dry patches as some really hard pencils do, but it obviously doesn't look best over them. 

Shade 501 is warm peachy brown. I have fair skin tone and it's actually a soft peachy brown shade on me. On darker skin tones this can easily be used as a nude shade.

I compared it with some of my other nude and brown shades. Essence Lipliner in 11 In The Nude (new version) is actually really close, but a bit more  brownish (almost slightly cooler) and I find it less peachy than Golden Rose. 

Formula is similar to Essence Longlasting Lipliners, but those are a bit heavier on the lips and thicker (like proper cream lipsticks). Golden Rose Dream Lips provides you the coverage, but stays really light on the lips.

I also used it in my Feline Flick and Cut Crease makeup look. 

Dream Lips lip liners seem to be right up my alley. They are creamy, but still provide you with precision. They don't dry out the lips and feel lightweight. Shade 501 is my typical warm peachy nude, but kind of brown shade for every day wear. The price is also incredible. If I ever get to see these lip liners in person, I will for sure be buying more of them. 

Lipstick comes in a plastic shiny black packaging and it's a bit flimsy and cheap feeling. It closes securely and so far it works fine. It has gold writing and small transparent part in the middle that let's you see the lipstick shade that is inside.

It costs only 3.10€ and in it is 4.2 grams of products. 

Shade 123 is like a burnt orange shade. I would describe it as medium orange brown. It actually looks dark on me, but could be a nude shade for dark skin tones. 

I asked the girl at the counter, which of their lipsticks are popular and she told me the matte ones as well as these Vision ones. Since my lips get really dry in fall and winter, I decided to go for Vision lipstick with Vitamin E.

It's creme finish and has a nice shine to it. Pigmentation is good and with one swipe you get a light wash of shade. The more coats you apply, the darker it looks. 

Even though it's a creme finish, it's still very long lasting. I feel like with wear it gets a bit more semi matte and it almost drys on the lips and kind of creates a stain, which prolongs the wear of it.

I also like that it's very comfortable to wear. Yes, you feel it on the lips, but it's almost like a heavier lip balm and my lips never get dry with it.

The scent is somewhat strong and not fruity or sweet at all. I would say it's also not artificial, but I can't describe it. You don't smell it while wearing, so it's not a big deal.

I also compared it to my other lipstick shades and none of them could be a dupe for it. Avon 3D Plumping Lipstick in Cantaloupe comes closest to  123 shade, but it's lighter and a lot peachier. 

I adore this shade so much. It's like the perfect colored brown for my skin tone, since it has that warm orange undertone. Some would call it a perfect fall shade, which I suppose it is, but it's also a nice colored twist on those 90s browns. 

The packaging is a bit cheap, but the product itself is amazing. It's creamy, has a bit of shine, lasts really well and it's super comfortable on the lips. I couldn't have chosen better shade than 123, since it really suits my skin tone and even more my hair color. It's more of a darker shade on me and I love burnt orange tone of it. It's also so cheap. If only we would have this store near me. I would definitely get some more shades and maybe even tried some of their other lipstick ranges. 

I got Wow! Nail Color in 65, Color Expert Nail Lacquer in 102, Matte Nail Lacquer in 16, Rich Colour Nail Lacquer in 112 and Wow! Nail Color in 55.

I think the Wow! range is the most popular, because it's the cheapest. They cost 1.10€ and in them is 6 ml of nail polish. They are very small, but that's a good thing sometimes. If I think of how many nail polishes I have that I'll probably never finish... I would love to get smaller sizes sometimes. This is also a great way to experiment with bolder colors, which you're not sure if they'll suit you.

The bottle is cute and small, obviously glass. Top is colored the same as the shade of nail polish. It makes it easier to find. 

The formula of both of these is of medium thickness and it spreads nicely. You'll need two coats to get even full opacity. 

I have a problem with the brush though. One is great and the other is frayed and the bristles stick to all sides. I think this might just be a mistake, but I would advise you to check the brushes in the store, before you buy it. This particular brush really gets on my nerve. I can't get perfect finish and precise application. Otherwise the brush is straight cut, classic. 

Shade 55 is a mix of burgundy and dark purple. It's one of those pearl finishes, which looks like it has a ton of small pigmented shimmer in it and gives you a nice sheen. 

Golden Rose Wow! Nail Color in 65

Shade 65 is oxblood red with small gold and red glitters. The glitter is more of a shimmer, really small and it makes such a nice addition to the actual nail polish color. This is one of my favorites. It's rare that you find nail polish with tiny shimmer and such a nice color combination of both. The shimmer is so small that you won't have any problem with taking it off the nails. The finish is creamy, but also looks a bit like a gel. 

Golden Rose Matte Nail Lacquer in 16

This is the most expensive out of all five. It costs 2.50€ and in it is 11.5 ml of nail polish. The bottle is elegant and looks more similar to the triangle shape. The glass bottle is matte and it makes the nail polish inside look matte as well. A very nice effect, but harder for you as a buyer, because you don't see the actual shade of the nail polish. Top is black, long and also matte.

It has a very thin and long brush, which I am not a fan of. It's too thin for my personal preference and it means I have to go back to the bottle at least one more time to apply it on my entire nail. Formula is fairly liquid and this is the only nail polish that has a very thin formula. One coat still let's your nail see through, so you definitely need two coats. It's not as opaque as others.

I do love the fact that it doesn't leave stripes and the application is even. It dries very fast into a matte finish, but you get just enough play time with it. With a lot of matte nail polishes the application can look very uneven and they seem to be too thick, so I think the thinner formula actually works perfect with this finish.

The finish itself is completely matte. This is one of my favorites from the bunch. Matte finish is so nice and the red is perfect. Shade 16 is a bright red with almost orange undertone and it has very small shimmery pigment. It always reminds me of Christmas when I see it and of the Christmas tree matte ornaments. 

Golden Rose Rich Color Nail Lacquer in 112

It costs 1.95€ and in it is 10.5 ml of nail polish. This one has a square glass bottle and a shiny silver top. 

I love this brush, because it's wider, which means less moving around the nail.

Shade 112 is army green, although it looks a bit too grey toned on my photos. It's one of the unique shades in my collection, because I don't own any such shades. 

The formula is thicker, which I really like, because it means it's very pigmented and you can use just one coat to cover the entire nail. The coat needs to be thicker though. I still like to apply two coats, because that's what I always do. It has a very creamy finish. I think this formula impressed me the most, because it's the most my kind of nail polish formula. 

Golden Rose Color Expert Nail Lacquer in 102

It costs 1.80€ and in it is 10.2 ml of nail polish. The bottle is the most standard one with rounded glass bottle. This one also has a top in the shade of nail polish color. 

The brush is again wider and just slightly rounded at the edges. It's almost that perfect mix of straight and round cut, so that you're edges always look perfect. 

Shade 102 is a dirty brownish pink. I love it, it's again one of those unique shades in my collection. This also might be one of the rare pink shades that I really like to wear. 

Formula is similar to 112, since it's also thicker and very opaque with just one coat. You can definitely make it work with just one coat, but as I said before, I always apply two. It's also a creamy finish.

As far as long lasting power goes, they are all similar, except for the Matte 16. This one actually starts to chip on my nails the second day or it might be OK until the third day. Keep in mind that I have weak nails prone to chipping. Golden Rose also says on their page that Mattes are not as long wearing as the regular nail polishes, because of the unique formula and they recommend to use daily. Kudos for that. Many brands tend to just lie about things like that. 

All other nail polishes seem to have similar wear time. It's hard for me to talk about the exact time, because it depends on what I do with nails and what not. I would say Wow! are a tiny bit less long lasting, maybe a day or half day less, while Color Expert and Rich Color are both fairly long lasting. If you have good nails I would dare to say, you can wear it for up to 5 days with no problem. For me this is more like 3 to 4. 

I was reading the descriptions of these nail polishes on Golden Rose online page and I pretty much agree with all of their statements. This is definitely a good nail polish brand and the nail polishes are so damn cheap for the quality. The color range is insane. If you're standing in front of the counter, you might get lost in all of those shades, that's how many of them there are. I will definitely purchase some more of their nail polishes as soon as I get the opportunity. Btw Golden Rose, if you're reading this, please open another counter near me - Maribor at least (I know wishing for it in Murska Sobota is pretty much impossible).
